4. Managing cookies

Microsoft Internet Explorer
- In Internet Explorer, click ‘Internet options’ in the ‘Extra’ menu
- On the ‘Privacy’ tab, move the settings slider button to ‘Low’ or ‘Accept all cookies’ (setting above ‘Medium’ disables cookies)
- Click ‘OK’
Mozilla Firefox
- Click ‘Firefox’ in the top left corner of your browser and then click ‘Options’
- On the ‘Privacy’ tab, make sure the ‘Let websites know that I do not want to be tracked’ is not checked
- Click ‘OK’
Google Chrome
- Click the three dots next to the browser bar at the top of your browser window and select ‘Options’
- Go to the ‘Privacy and security’ section and click ‘Content settings’
- Click the option ‘Cookies’
- Now select ‘Allow sites to save and read cookie data’
Safari
- Select ‘Preferences’ in the task menu (the task menu is located at the top right of the Safari window and is indicated by a gear icon or click ‘Safari’ in the advanced task menu)
- Click the ‘Privacy’ tab Go to the ‘Cookies and other website data’ section
- Indicate that you accept cookies

Safari

- Indicate that you do not accept cookies

5. Rights of visitors
Since cookies may involve the processing of personal data, as a data subject you have the right to the lawful and secure processing of these personal data. As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights:
- Right to object: you may object to the processing of personal data if there are compelling and legitimate reasons to do so
- Right of access: any data subject who proves his or her identity has a right of access to the information about whether or not his or her personal data are being processed, as well as regarding the purposes of this processing, the categories of data to which these processing operations relate and the categories of recipients to whom the data are provided
- Right to rectification: inaccurate or incomplete personal data may be rectified or even erased at any time at the request of the data subject
